The "Novoukrainskyi Grain Products Plant (NKHP)" (Kryvyi Rih) produces flour for bakeries, pasta manufacturers, craft bakeries, snack production companies, ice cream (waffle cones), and confectionery products.

"Currently, the product portfolio of NKHP consists of 75% flour (with 50% being premium grade and 25% first grade), 23.7% bran, and 0.8% waste. The company has its own elevator with a simultaneous storage capacity of 40,000 tons of grain. The mill has a production capacity of 250 tons per day," explains the company's manager, Igor Smuhliy. "We primarily supply flour to the domestic market, exporting only a small portion to Nigeria, Israel, and Palestine, while bran is mainly directed to the external market, with approximately 90% exported to Turkey."

The presence of an infrared analyzer allows for efficient and reliable monitoring of the quality indicators of incoming raw materials and finished products. This device determines the key quality parameters of grain and flour, including water absorption capacity, which is one of the essential quality indicators for flour customers.

According to Olena Fesenko, Business Manager of "Grain Storage and Processing" at HD-group, NKHP's facilities currently meet both its own needs and provide opportunities for collaboration with partners by offering grain storage and processing services. "To achieve this, Novoukrainskyi Grain Products Plant has all the necessary resources— a large elevator and a powerful mill, logistical advantages including the presence of railway lines and a direct branch to the ports, as well as the capability to receive and dispatch products by both rail and road," says Olena Fesenko.
