Fita Fita Trade, a division of HD-group, has begun production of jams and preserves based on alternative sweeteners such as fructose and stevia.

Alongside the traditional recipes for jam and preserves, the company has introduced a new line of products that are free from white sugar. Alexander Bratishkin, the director of Fita Trade, explains, "We have developed two separate lines - one that uses fructose, which is suitable for individuals with diabetes or those who are mindful of their insulin levels and weight. The second line includes jams sweetened with stevia and a low-calorie sugar called erythritol. These products are targeted towards health-conscious individuals who aim to reduce their sugar consumption as much as possible."

Currently, Fita Trade produces a total of 32 varieties of jams and preserves, with eight of them utilising natural sweeteners.

"In today's health-conscious society, people are becoming more mindful of their well-being and dietary choices. As a result, we are adjusting our product line and launching new offerings that cater to the current demand among consumers. Our new products can be found in various retail outlets such as the Varus supermarket chain, Marketplace Rozetka, PROM, and Epicentr. Additionally, we are in the process of finalizing a contract for exporting our sugar-free products to the UK," concludes Alexander Bratishkin.
