At the "Zaporizhzhia Bread Factory No. 5," a universal round bread line has been launched, which automated the processes of producing round Bavarian and Novoukrainsky hearth bread, and overall expanded the range of round bread. Currently, four types of bread are produced on this line.
Furthermore, the company has upgraded the "cutting-packaging" department, which, according to the company's chief technologist Oksana Dunduk, has increased the productivity and quality of cutting and packaging of products.
