In March 2023, HD-group celebrated its 23rd anniversary.
Nowadays, the group consists of several grain processing enterprises; bread, confectionary and jam factories; an agrarian facility complex where we produce white and wheat flour; and a factory that produces cereals and flakes. The group also has its own logistics service and a procurement company.
Even during the hostilities, most of the group’s enterprises work efficiently and comprehensively fulfilling its’ obligations to clients and partners.
"23 years is a considerable period in the corporate life of our company. This is the story of a regional company Hlibodar, which confidently moved towards reaching a new chapter - becoming a national holding HD-group.
This is the story of growth, trials and transformations that our company has gone through with dignity and reached a new level of operation.
We are known, we are recognized, we have partners who want to work with us both in Ukraine and abroad.
All of this is to a large extent the merit of our team. It is thanks to the dedicated work of our people that the company worked successfully and continues to work effectively even in today's difficult wartime conditions.
The war changed processes and changed people. Some of our workers decided to go to the front, some started volunteering. In general, most people faced a new reality - to continue working and living, despite constant massive Russian missile attacks and blackouts.
The war forced us to look for new approaches and quickly restructure production processes. But I think we are holding up with dignity, and we are holding the economic front - of our country, our group and every family of our employees.
I believe that those of our enterprises, which are currently not working because of the war, will resume their work as soon as possible and will return to HD-group after our Victory, - says CEO and co-owner of HD-group Borys Shestopalov.
